Senior Electrical Project Engineer

Job Summary
Electrical Engineer in the Building, Energy and Infrastructure group supporting power distribution, lighting and fire alarm design for institutional, commercial, municipal and industrial facilities. Produce electrical design/construction drawings and specifications as part of a multi-discipline project team; interact with clients, conduct preliminary evaluations, prepare reports, drawings, technical specifications and permit submittals. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial and Systems Engineering with 5 years of experience, arc flash analysis and SKM proficiency, AutoCAD/Revit/SKM skills, FL PE registration or reciprocity, and a valid driver’s license. Offsite location available from Winter Park, FL with in-office work implied.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related occupation
- Project experience with arc flash analysis and coordination studies utilizing SKM software
- Experience with drafting and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM
- FL PE registration or ability to quickly obtain through reciprocity
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
