Job Summary
Conduct electrical engineering tasks and sustain engineering projects for new product introductions and lifecycle management. Support value engineering by selecting components, managing design changes, and driving cost avoidance initiatives. Perform design lab experiments, analyze results, and release product documentation while participating in DFM, DFT, and DFR reviews to reduce test and assembly time. Collaborate with global teams, including Contract Manufacturers, to resolve yield and quality issues through root cause analysis. Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 7–10 years of experience required; fluent English and flexibility for remote or co-located work at Cisco Contract Manufacturer sites preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 7 –10 years of experience
- Master's with equivalent background
- Solid foundation in electrical engineering
