Senior Electrical Manager

Lead and oversee all electrical engineering and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned per specifications and safety regulations. Manage design reviews, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors, and approve drawings, technical submittals, and material selections. Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans. Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover, resolve technical issues, and mentor engineering teams. Evaluate contractor performance and support procurement by reviewing technical bids. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
