Senior Electrical Estimator

Lead preparation of detailed electrical estimates for complex, high-value industrial and commercial projects across varying scopes. Evaluate bid opportunities for feasibility, risk, and scheduling while reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate scope coverage. Perform labor and material takeoffs using Accubid and related software, then solicit and validate vendor pricing to align with competitive bids. Incorporate union labor agreements including IBEW/NECA wage rates and jurisdictional requirements. Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and finalize bid submissions before conducting project turnover meetings with operations teams. Mentor junior estimators and assist branches with estimating needs. This role requires 5+ years of experience on projects over $1M and is based in Atlanta, Dalton, Savannah, GA, Birmingham, AL, or Raleigh, NC.
