• •Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while performing computer-based estimating, reviewing plans, preparing take-offs, and conducting analysis

• •Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crouch when reviewing installed work, accessing low storage areas, or inspecting project components during site visits
• •Must have close vision for reading plans, specifications, digital drawings, and cost data
• •Must have distance vision for observing jobsite conditions
• •Must have color vision for reviewing marked-up drawings, wiring diagrams, and material identification
• •Must have depth perception and peripheral vision for safe navigation on job sites
• •Must be able to hear verbal communication in both office and jobsite environments
