Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to rework PCBAs
- Ability to read/update Engineering drawings/schematics
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with engineering lab equipment
- Experience with diagnostic tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, related software and computers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
