Job Summary
Join WSP as a Senior Electrical Engineer focusing on Water projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver project goals, communicate with stakeholders, produce technical documentation, undertake investigations, and prepare specifications for electrical components. Success in this role requires proven experience in relevant sectors, extensive knowledge of electrical infrastructure design, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in design and delivery of projects in Water, Mining, Industrial, or Energy sectors
- 5+ years' experience in an engineering consultancy or design role
- Strong understanding of standards and design management of electrical infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer or working towards certification
- RPEQ certification
- Design background in PTW design (advantage)
- Experience in LV and ELV systems
- Experience with PLC/telemetry and Instrumentation and Control
