Job Summary
Oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for medium to large projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Lead discipline work and potentially serve as a project manager, managing multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship. Contribute to technical writing and proposal efforts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of progressive AEC experience with a healthcare or higher learning focus. Relocation support is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus
- Expertise with engineering software platforms
- Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship
- Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions
