Job Summary
Develop and coordinate electrical power, lighting, and low-voltage system designs for commercial facilities while leading engineering efforts for assigned projects. Direct and mentor engineering staff, allocate personnel resources, and monitor schedules to ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards. Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to oversee project delivery from initiation through closeout. Participate in cost forecasting, fee management, and budget performance reviews. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in commercial electrical system design
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD drafting software
- Proven experience coordinating project teams and managing technical deliverables
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
