Job Summary
Interpret, organize, and execute large engineering assignments with full technical responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality control. Stamp and seal drawings and documents as the professional in responsible charge. Plan and develop projects involving unique or controversial problems, offering specialized knowledge in industrial manufacturing facilities design. Supervise a team of engineers and designers, review their work, and maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Act independently on technical matters, participate in client contact and business development, and prepare or supervise contract proposals. Accept or reject major items involving materials, equipment, and manufacturer quality. Maintain continuing professional education per registered state requirements. Travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- full professional registration
- Ten or more years of related practical experience
- Industrial manufacturing facilities design
- Valid driver's license
