Job Summary
Lead client relations, project management, and engineering design execution for a portfolio spanning electrification, EV charging, transit, and commercial facilities. Manage proposal and fee development, coordinate internal teams and contractors, and oversee project production. Provide on-the-job training to junior members, certify work, and professionally seal project deliverables. This seller-doer role requires 15+ years of consulting experience, a PE license preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Located in Albany, NY, or Meriden, CT with a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ plus years of Electrical Engineering experience from the consulting industry
- Firm understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes
- Electrical Engineering Degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- Capable of working independently; minimum supervision required
Desired Qualifications
- Power distribution experience, including medium voltage system design
- PE license
- Proficient with the use AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficient in MS Office
