Job Summary
Design electrical and automation systems for municipal water and wastewater plants, including storm drainage, lighting, and transportation infrastructure. Independently define project approaches to solve complex technical challenges while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Lead technical meetings, coordinate across disciplines, and communicate with project managers and stakeholders. Mentor and develop early-career engineers within the Dallas area team. This role supports the full project lifecycle for public infrastructure and private development projects, aligning with Quiddity's mission to build strong communities across Texas and Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Independently define and develop approaches for electrical design projects
- Experience with municipal water treatment facilities
- Experience with wastewater treatment facilities
- Experience with pump stations
- Experience with lift stations
- Experience with pipeline distribution
- Experience with collection systems
- Ability to ensure engineering deliverables meet Quiddity's quality standards and client requirements
- Ability to lead technical meetings and coordinate across disciplines
- Ability to communicate regularly with project engineers and managers
- Ability to support client and stakeholder communications
- Ability to mentor and develop early-career engineers
