Job Summary

Lead moderate to large-scale electrical engineering projects from concept through delivery for industrial and energy infrastructure sectors including Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Data Centers. Serve as a technical lead to make sound decisions on complex issues, develop power system designs, and prepare specifications for equipment procurement and testing. Perform electrical system studies, design reviews, and field investigations while utilizing software such as SKM or ETAP for modeling. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to identify risks early and contribute to proposal development and cost estimating. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support business growth efforts. This role requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and involves approximately 10% travel for site visits. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role
  • Direct experience supporting industrial facilities
  • Experience using SKM or ETAP
  • Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, IEEE, API and AGA recommended practices
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas from concept to implementation
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct project teams
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills
  • Ability to adapt in fast-moving project environments
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality, technically sound work

  • Ability to travel for short durations to support site visits, field investigations and client meetings (approximately 10%)
