Candidates should possess 7-10+ years of experience, with strong communication skills, proficiency in design software, and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities. An ideal candidate is expected to be motivated and detail-oriented, supporting the delivery of innovative engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in electrical design or related electrical engineering field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and electrical design tools such as SKM, AGi32, Visual, Energy Pro and ETAP
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Associate Degree focused on Electrical Design/Installation
- EIT or interest in pursuing Professional Engineer License
- PMP Certification
