Job Summary
Lead the electrical engineering scope of work for large-scale infrastructure projects, overseeing the design, review, and construction supervision of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-current systems. Conduct thorough technical reviews of engineering drawings, calculations, and material submittals while providing mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and interface directly with clients and utility authorities to secure approvals. Perform site inspections and technical audits to ensure construction aligns with approved designs and international codes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience leading scopes on mega-projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive engineering experience
- Proven track record of leading electrical scopes on large-scale infrastructure, mega-projects
- Deep expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit
- Comprehensive knowledge of international codes (IEC, NEC, IEEE)
- Knowledge of local Saudi regulations (SBC)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) / Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English
- Ability to confidently present technical solutions to clients and senior management
- Arabic language proficiency
