Job Summary
Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects or entire engineering programs with unique or controversial problems requiring novel concepts and sophisticated research techniques. Serve as the organization's specialist in applying advanced theories, principles, and processes to assigned areas of responsibility. Direct the preparation and submission of client proposals, lead presentations, and manage client retention plans while assisting in business development initiatives to attract future projects. Maintain familiarity with current industry standards, trends, and technologies. Requires 12+ years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and the ability to travel to work sites as needed.
