Job Summary
Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for product development, maintenance, and sustainability. Focus on end-to-end customer and factory issue support for product continuity, field solutions, and revenue mitigation. Drives verification tests, DFMEA, and electrical tolerance analysis; prepares failure analyses and test reports; ensures BOM, work instructions, control plans, and certification documents are in place for site qualification; releases electrical prints and qualification reports; evaluates complex components and develops test procedures and fixtures to meet functional specifications; participates in testing and evaluations of complex designs to ensure compliance with functional requirements; aims to reduce costs and drive continuous improvement; expects proficiency in battery & charger design/testing, electrical design principles, and related manufacturing knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- >5 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of electronic design principles, including schematic design and circuit analysis
- Experience with battery and charger design and testing is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with design guidelines of electrical commodity
- Familiar with digital signal communication like I2C
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing & assembly process & application of design for manufacturing & assembly
- Familiar with schematic & layout design will be an added advantage
- Able to troubleshoot digital design, familiar with RF technology
