Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer leading mission-critical electrical design for data centers and HPC infrastructure. Architect robust power distribution systems, define equipment selections, and oversee high-reliability configurations across complex facilities. Lead as the technical authority on projects, manage RFI responses and submittals during construction, coordinate with architecture/mechanical/civil/technology disciplines, and mentor junior engineers. Must drive design quality within schedules and budgets, provide strategic recommendations on reliability, redundancy, constructability, and lifecycle impacts, and engage directly with project owners and stakeholders. Strong emphasis on leadership, client advisory, and cross-discipline integration; Revit proficiency and data center/mission-critical sector experience are preferred.
