Job Summary
Oversee daily team activities, providing mentorship on technical aspects and career growth while managing projects of varying sizes from concept through construction. Lead project delivery by engaging with clients, delivering technical excellence, and managing team dynamics and timelines to ensure successful outcomes. This role is based in the Deerfield Beach office with a hybrid schedule allowing remote work three days a week. Preference is given to candidates with 10+ years of experience in the A/E industry, a PE license, and a background in the healthcare sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
- 10+ years of experience in the A/E (Architecture/Engineering) industry
- Expertise in electrical engineering with a solid understanding of related disciplines
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for experience in the healthcare sector
