Job Summary
Senior Electrical Engineer generalist roles focused on full-lifecycle PCB/CCA/PCBA design and validation for mission-critical defense hardware. Lead board-level design from architectural definition through fabrication, perform simulations and debugging, develop test strategies, and collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to optimize for manufacturability. Requires experience with high-layer-count boards, ECAD toolchains (Altium, Cadence), stringent hardware validation, and a U.S. Top Secret clearance eligibility. Travel may be required; multiple teams may be assigned to specific programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle hardware design
- Experience with PCB/CCA/PCBA design
- Proficiency with ECAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro)
- Strong understanding of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, analog/mixed-signal, and power delivery
- Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging with lab equipment
- Ability to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel (extent varies by role)
