Job Summary
Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for semiconductor design and engineering; designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and hardware systems. Applies Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal expertise (HMOS/MOS/CMOS; PLL; ADC; DAC), conducts analysis and testing, develops specialized knowledge, and serves as a resource on best practices. Leads small projects with moderate risk, uses data analysis to support recommendations, and collaborates to align with policy and strategy. Requires CAD proficiency (preferably Altium), familiarity with DO-160 and MIL-STD-704, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work on-site in Saint George, Utah. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5+ years of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, electromagnetic theory, and power systems
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with industry and government standards and regulations (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD-704)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools used to design and test electrical systems, preferably Altium
- Minimum 2+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex engineering problems
