Job Summary
Mentor electrical designer staff on project responsibilities and verify work quality regarding specifications, code application, and submittal reviews. Lead design teams to produce engineering documents that meet project requirements within allocated schedules and budgets while applying EXP's risk management practices. Execute complex electrical designs, perform front-end loading, and write studies and reports for electrical systems. Manage work plans across multiple projects, contribute to design standard revisions, and participate in HAZOP and safety reviews. Requires a Texas-registered Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Required Qualifications
- BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree
- Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas
- Fifteen (15) years' experience in the oil/ gas/ chemical industries
