Senior Electrical Engineer, Design

Senior Electrical Engineer – Design leads electrical design for mission-critical power systems (LV–MV), creating single-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts while developing technical specifications. Supports multiple projects (up to ~15) as a lead or key contributor, partners directly with customers to refine solutions, participates in early-stage design to win new business, collaborates with manufacturing to bring designs into production, and mentors junior engineers. Requires strong technical input for high-impact, customer-facing work across data centers, power plants, hospitals, airports, and industrial environments; proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks; familiarity with protection and coordination systems (SEL relay a plus); and a proactive, get-it-done mindset.
