Senior Electrical Engineer

Lead and guide design and construction projects internally within the office and externally with clients and contractors. Prepare, read, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, then professionally stamp drawings and prepare affidavits. Provide mentorship and leadership to staff engineers while evaluating, selecting, and applying standard engineering techniques to meet project requirements. Confer with other personnel to complete deadlines and review contractor submittals to ensure conformance with contract documents. Interact with owners, architects, and contractors through verbal and written communication, leading meetings as needed. Design and specify system components for energy-efficient buildings, including power distribution, lighting controls, emergency power, and renewable energy systems. This onsite role in Phoenix requires 8+ years of MEP design experience and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
