Job Summary
Lead the technical delivery of mid- to large-scale electrical engineering projects for water and wastewater facilities within a global infrastructure firm. Drive client relationships, support business development and proposals, mentor intermediate and junior engineers, and oversee design deliverables including MV/LV power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and process controls. Develop and coordinate budgets, schedules, and resource estimates; ensure code compliance (OESC, OBC, IEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE, CSA); manage coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams; conduct site investigations, provide technical support during project execution, and lead construction administration activities including FAT/SAT, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning activities. Maintain a strong emphasis on engineering rigor, quality deliverables, and mentorship within the EI&A team in the Water business line, with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer designation in Ontario, and 10+ years in the engineering consulting sector with at least 2 years in leadership.
