Job Summary
Lead the design, prototyping, and integration of RF and signal processing hardware systems for advanced situational awareness and multi-domain operations programs. Oversee hardware testing, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with technical standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that improve system robustness and deliver actionable intelligence from diverse sensor and radar data. Produce technical documentation, present risk assessments to stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers within a multidisciplinary team supporting mission-critical DoD initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- US citizenship
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a US citizen

Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Experience designing hardware systems for contested and dynamic operational environments
- Proven experience leading hardware design, prototyping, and integration efforts for complex systems
- Expertise in hardware survivability, reliability, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in Multi-Domain Operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical findings to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers
