Job Summary
The Senior Electrical/Control System Engineer is responsible for designing, managing, testing, implementing, and completing projects efficiently, ensuring they meet specifications and budget requirements. The role involves developing control panel designs, coordinating production, conducting testing, and managing multiple large projects. Key responsibilities include performing design analysis, providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and have 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of related work experience in related field
- Demonstrate leadership skills for mentoring, training, and development of team members
- Show willingness and ability to learn technical skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to assume primary responsibility for all projects with no supervision
- Knowledge and experience with specialized tools and test equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer License desired
- Specialize in specific industries or technologies
- Basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite, E-Mail, Internet, AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
