Senior Electrical Construction Manager

Oversee electrical subcontractor activities, monitor contractor craftwork for compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements, and ensure all work adheres to contractual specifications and drawings. Coordinate daily work activities, equipment placement, and material movements while managing project staff, superintendents, and foremen. Interface between engineering and construction operations to resolve technical issues, review project proposals, and approve subcontractor selections and invoicing. Develop and maintain project schedules, assist in cost control, and enforce Beyond Zero safety culture and OSHA requirements. Initiate and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate construction completion.
