Job Summary
Senior-level engineer responsible for providing strategy, engineering, operations, maintenance, and other technical implementation support for transmission, substation, distribution, and transmission and distribution line SCADA/Automation systems. Lead development and management of asset life cycle strategies, address emergency issues, perform root cause analysis, develop specialized training, and oversee large-scale projects with regulatory and third-party coordination. Requires mastery of journey-level engineering skills; California location with hybrid work; salary range CA $153,828–$197,628. Desirable: active California PE license, experience with Six Sigma, SAP, Foundry, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, and ET-GIS; knowledge of reliability metrics (SAIDI, SAIFI, ACOD, ACOF).
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an accredited curriculum in the US or the equivalent from outside the US
- 8 years of cumulative experience in electrical/civil engineering, planning and/or operations
