Job Summary
Senior Electrical Project Manager will own full lifecycle management of large-scale electrical and mission-critical construction projects (data centers, IT/telecom infrastructure, retrofits) from pre-construction through closeout. Responsibilities include generating estimates and proposals, establishing timelines and budgets, supervising execution to meet design and schedule requirements, managing RFPs and change orders, forecasting financials, billing and collections, coordinating subcontractors and internal staff, conducting site visits, enforcing safety, reporting to senior leadership, maintaining strong client relationships, and mentoring junior project managers. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in PM/Construction/Engineering or equivalent certifications (journeyman/master electrician license) and PMP/SP certifications; familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and ConEst.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- At least 5 years managing electrical projects for large-scale IT/telecommunications infrastructure and data center installations
- Experience with data center electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, white space fit-out, and retrofits in live facilities
- Strong scheduling, delegation, conflict resolution, and client communication skills
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
- Not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B)
