Job Summary
Conduct disposition and procurement for the product portfolio, executing and monitoring orders to ensure timely product availability. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions while managing supplier relationships and developing the supplier base. Verify and compare offers, resolve delivery deviations, and maintain order, supplier, and procurement data within the ERP system. Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, sales, and quality management to optimize procurement processes. Requires multiple years of operational procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluent English. Full-time role with 38.5 hours weekly; salary based on 13.5 monthly payments.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf
- Erfahrung in der Disposition, Bestellabwicklung und Lieferantenkommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung in Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
- Gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Lager, Vertrieb und Qualitätsmanagement
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Großhandel oder Handel
- Kenntnisse im Zollwesen
