Job Summary

Provide EHS site support for manufacturing, process development, and R&D laboratories while administering the ISO45001 Health & Safety Management System, including audit facilitation and risk management. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and after-action reviews to develop corrective actions and engineering controls. Conduct risk assessments on processes, equipment, and chemicals; perform EHS audits, self-assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations. Partner with regulatory agencies for site inspections and provide guidance on facility infrastructure design. Build relationships with contracted safety services and serve on the site's emergency response team. Facilitate regulatory compliance activities including chemical hygiene, exposure monitoring, and PPE management. This onsite role in Arden Hills, Minnesota requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of safety program experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, safety engineering, safety management, occupational health, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with regulations, safety-related programs, policies, procedure development, implementation, and management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial hygiene, exposure monitoring, chemical safety, and personal protective equipment program management in an industrial or manufactuing environment
  • This position follows an onsite work model and requires employees to work from our Arden Hills, Minnesota, location

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and/or Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, medical device, electronics, or similarly regulated industry
  • Experience with ergonomic risk reduction, emergency response and incident
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
