Senior EHS Manager

Senior EHS Manager leads all environmental, health, and safety activities for a large-scale electrical construction project (data center), ensuring full compliance with corporate EHS standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Serves as the primary EHS interface with client/owner representatives, drives project-wide safety strategy and performance, and oversees an EHS team to ensure consistent execution across the project. Responsibilities include planning and safe execution of high-risk activities (electrical work, LOTO, crane operations, confined space), leading incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions, overseeing safety permitting processes, and maintaining safety performance metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 10+ years of construction EHS experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926, NFPA 70E, energy-control requirements, and certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction and First Aid/CPR; CHST, CSP, or ASP are preferred. The role emphasizes leadership presence, client engagement, and driving a proactive safety culture across large teams in a data center project setting.
