Job Summary
Senior Safety Professional in ASML’s EUV Factory: act as a trusted EHS advisor to operations, engineering, and facility management; drive the Improvement Safety Roadmap in Operational Departments; conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and ASML policies; develop and deliver safety training programs; support the development and refinement of safety policies and procedures; lead incident investigations and track safety performance indicators to provide insights for improvement; drive maturity level for Safety to an Independent level; hybrid working option (maximum 1 day per week from home).
Required Qualifications
- HVK (Hogere Veiligheidskunde) or similar education/certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in safety management or a technical engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- At least 15 years of experience in health and safety within high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor production
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU safety regulations, including the Safety Act and Environmental Act
