Senior EE Engineer

Senior EE Engineer based in Shenzhen responsible for mechanical, electrical, and testing of product design for a rapidly growing division within Flex. Responsibilities include assessing product requirements, assembling prototypes for development, fixture creation for assembly and test of prototypes, and implementing robust solutions that meet customer requirements. Drive prototyping, bring-up, testing, documentation, and successful release to manufacturing while coordinating with a cross-functional team to develop technically robust solutions. Manage design parameters and tradeoffs, identify equipment/material needs, develop best practices, and monitor KPIs for engineering processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field, and develop relationships with internal design teams and subcontractors to plan comprehensive product strategies based on future technologies.
