Job Summary
Senior Educator at Goodstart will take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures learning experiences are tailored to meet the needs of all children. Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
