Job Summary
Senior Educator - Educational Leader responsible for collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You’ll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you’ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check (QLD)
- Experience leading change in education (preferred)
- Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent (if applicable)
