Job Summary
Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs while guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in practice across four learning environments, including nursery, toddler, and funded kindergarten rooms. Deepen the team's understanding of child development and National Quality Standards within a 120-place centre. Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
- Full-time, 12-month Fixed-Term position
- Experienced Diploma-qualified Lead/Senior Educator
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience leading change in education
