Job Summary
Leads a high-performing editorial team delivering authoritative analytical content, executing the content roadmap with a focus on modernization, AI-enabled editorial workflows, and scale. Drives content readiness for AI-powered products through quality, structure, metadata, and harmonized global standards. Partners with Commercial, Product, Technology, Content Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Segment teams to identify opportunities and improve the customer experience. Oversees author-fee budgets, quality metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement for content quality, speed, and efficiency. Requires Juris Doctor (JD) and 7+ years of team leadership; hands-on AI deployment experience; strong communication and data-analytics skills.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Experience managing a team with coaching orientation and ability to drive accountability in matrixed organizations (7+ years)
- Hands-on experience deploying AI in workflows (content/knowledge domain preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver executive-ready presentations
- Strong data analytics proficiency using Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
