Job Summary
Contribute critically to journal content by assessing de novo submissions and manuscript transfers, identifying expert peer reviewers, and writing editorials. Commission content to build the journal's profile, develop links with the regional health community, and solicit high-quality research and thought leadership. Attend conferences to represent the journal, identify topics and authors, and promote content through social media and multimedia activities like podcasts. Suggest new initiatives for future growth while collaborating with the Editor-in-Chief and production teams. This role supports The Lancet Regional Health – Europe, an Open Access journal advocating for health-care quality and access across the region.
