Senior Editor, CFO

Senior Editor to build The CFO Club into a trusted, community-powered editorial destination for modern finance leadership. You will grow loyal finance leadership audiences through authoritative, practitioner-led experiences across articles, newsletters, social, video, podcasts, livestreams, events, and strategic partnerships. You will shape voice and authority, increase subscriber growth and engagement, and expand audience reach through newsletters, multimedia formats, webinars, events, and co-created reports. Responsibilities include creating and editing editorial content across formats, leveraging practitioner insight from interviews and surveys, repurposing IP into newsletter blocks and social content, optimizing content for SEO and audience signals, and producing decision-support formats such as benchmark reports and salary guides. You’ll identify opportunities to boost participation and repeat engagement, manage contributors and partnerships, distribute content across channels, and guide editorial experimentation using analytics. Your success will be measured by subscriber growth, engagement, authority signals, and trusted audience relationships. Key skills include strong editorial judgment, interviewing, multi-format content creation, experience growing newsletter engagement, collaboration with contributors and strategic partners, SEO, distribution strategy, and data-driven experimentation.
