Job Summary
Lead end-to-end eDiscovery project management for litigation engagements, coordinating collections, data processing, hosting, and review services while managing budgets and timelines. Facilitate client and counsel calls to instill trust, respond to emails within 30 minutes during business hours, and maintain constant awareness of assigned cases. Prepare project intake documents, run intake calls, and perform production anomaly checks including conflict coding and privilege reviews. Partner with Document Review Managers for consolidated budgeting and reporting, mentor less experienced managers, and analyze active cases to assign back-ups. Drive revenue by introducing services to solve critical client needs and maintain 70% to 80% billable utilization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Project Manager within eDiscovery, Litigation Support
- Conceptual understanding of options available in processing software and the ability to communicate those options to clients
- Experience within Relativity platform and or Everlaw platform
- Experience in performing Early Data Assessment, including: consulting on search term refinement, and leveraging analytics tools (e.g. concept clustering, textual near duplicate analysis, predictive coding)
- Relativity Administrator proficiency, RCA or Everlaw Project Management Cert
- Exceptional and proactive written, electronic, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client expectation management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility within the cross-functional organizations and external client stakeholders
- Coordinate work with multi-cultural and multiple time zone teams
- Respond to email within 30 minutes during business hours and within 1 hour outside of reasonable business hours
- Maintain 70% to 80% Billable utilization
