Job Summary
Manage end-to-end execution of eDiscovery workflows, litigation support services, and operational processes from intake through final production. Coordinate discovery activities across attorneys, clients, and vendors while overseeing electronic data collections, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production. Create and administer Relativity workspaces, manage document quality assurance, and leverage analytics and AI-enabled review technologies. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned matters, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently, defensibly, and in accordance with established protocols. Maintain relationships with discovery vendors and service providers while managing multiple complex matters simultaneously. Requires 10+ years of litigation support experience and 1,500 yearly billing hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of litigation support, eDiscovery, discovery operations, or project management experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior project management or operational leadership capacity
- Advanced knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Advanced Relativity experience
- Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- CEDS RCA PMP certification
- Experience supporting labor and employment litigation
