Job Summary
Lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects as the primary point of contact, evaluating requirements to develop solutions aligned with business and legal needs. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create project plans, define deliverables, and establish timelines while managing execution to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements. Provide advanced guidance on Relativity Processing and related technologies, investigate data integrity issues, and resolve challenges through analysis and recommendation. Mentor project team members to develop technical and project management capabilities while delivering regular status updates and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows
- Demonstrated experience independently managing projects in Relativity
- Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related business software
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables accurately
- Ability to identify project issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Occasional work outside standard business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with advanced Relativity workflows, analytics, review, and production processes
- Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters
- Experience implementing process improvements or workflow efficiencies
- Experience working with legal service providers, law firms, or corporate legal departments
