Job Summary

Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own customer, partner, and influencer marketing across North America and Latin America. Highly visible cross-functional role coordinating with marketing, sales, alliances, and customer success. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer advocacy, expanding the advocacy pool, leading end-to-end co-marketing programs (PR, case studies, videos, events), developing AMER customer stories, managing partner marketing plans and events, and cultivating relationships with influencers, analysts, and thought leaders. Key activities include cross-functional GTM launches, pipeline generation, and driving brand visibility and ROI through co-generated programs. Requires 6+ years in B2B marketing, proven relationship-building at scale, co-marketing program management end-to-end, strong collaboration with Sales/CS/Alliances/PR/Product, exceptional communication, and a strategic-operational mindset. Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or e-commerce tech is a plus; familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in customer marketing, partner marketing, or ecosystem/community programs
  • Proven track record of building relationships at scale β€” with customers, partners, or communities β€” and turning those relationships into measurable business impact
  • Experience managing co-marketing programs from strategy through execution: case studies, GTM launches, events, PR, and digital programs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with Sales, CS, Alliances, PR, and Product simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication β€” you can write a compelling customer brief as easily as you can run an executive prep session
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities; you know when to zoom out and when to get things done
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce technology is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus
