Job Summary
As Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for Europe on the RippleX team, you will drive the discovery, engagement, and adoption of XRP Ledger across the Europe ecosystem. This role focuses on growing real-world usage of tokenized assets while managing relationships with strategic partners, guiding startups from ideation to deployment, and executing ecosystem growth initiatives. A strategic yet hands-on role requiring expertise in partnerships, business development, and growth marketing is essential, along with a strong understanding of financial instruments, regulatory frameworks, and an ability to navigate the diverse European markets.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, fintech/TradFi growth, or growth roles
- Proven track record in deal structuring and execution
- Experience working within markets with an understanding of regional differences in regulation and business culture
- Experience with DeFi protocols and their intersection with traditional finance
- Strong relationship-building abilities with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
