Job Summary
Execute day-to-day eCommerce site operations by building, QA, publishing, and maintaining category pages, product detail pages, and promotional messaging using the CMS. Configure discounts, bundles, and free shipping offers while executing product launches and seasonal campaigns from setup through go-live. Coordinate launch timelines to ensure content, creative, and technical components are ready, then perform comprehensive site QA across functionality, pricing, and checkout processes. Monitor site health to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates. This hands-on role sits at the center of the digital shopping experience for Brownells' firearms and outdoor industry, collaborating across the business to ensure campaigns and content launch accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, merchandising, advertising, communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, site operations, digital merchandising, content management, or a closely related discipline
- Hands-on experience working within an eCommerce platform and CMS
- Experience with product catalogs, PDPs, category structures, navigation, and digital merchandising
- Hands-on experience configuring and validating eCommerce promotions
- Strong understanding of eCommerce site operations, customer experience, and QA best practices
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
- Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Hybrid work arrangement in Grinnell, Iowa, with an onsite expectation of 3 to 4 days per week
