Senior Ecommerce Marketing Associate

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day ecommerce site operations, ensuring the storefront is accurate, optimized, and aligned with the marketing calendar. Build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage content, landing pages, collection pages, PDPs, navigation, and promotional messaging using the CMS. Execute new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, bundles, subscriptions, and merchandising updates from initial setup through go-live. Partner with UX, Visual Design, Product, and Digital teams to deliver seamless launches while performing comprehensive QA on all site changes. Analyze campaign performance to recommend optimizations and assist in ongoing tool optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Experience managing content and merchandising in Shopify or another ecommerce platform
- Experience with CMS platforms and product catalog management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify discount and promotion configuration
- Experience with third-party discount/merchandising apps
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for quality assurance
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with project management tools like Monday, JIRA, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing content and merchandising in Shopify or another ecommerce platform (Headless/hydrogen a plus)
- Working knowledge of Figma and design collaboration workflows is a plus
- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools (Claude) to streamline repetitive tasks
