Job Summary
Senior Ecommerce Consultant focused on Amazon Vendor Central, responsible for leading clients’ projects and acting as account lead for your own portfolio. You will set up and execute growth-focused measures across product data/content optimization, marketing and paid media campaigns, CRM, and analytics to improve project success and client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary client contact, share Amazon channel expertise with colleagues, and collaborate across divisions to support client outcomes. The role requires strong client-facing skills, a customer-oriented mindset, excellent written and verbal English, and a proactive, analytical, solution-oriented approach. 3-5 years of e-commerce experience with a strong emphasis on Amazon (Vendor Central) is expected, with hybrid 1P/3P experience a plus; agency, consultancy, or large-brand marketplace experience is preferred. The position offers diverse projects, professional growth, and a modern, international team in Hamburg, with flexible working hours and remote options.
