Job Summary
Senior Echocardiograph Technologist responsible for performing non-invasive cardio and vascular services including EKG, EEG, treadmill testing, Echocardiography, and Holter Monitor hookup; ensures clinical competency of other technicians and provides necessary training; identifies Quality Assurance Indicators and reports to Medical Director and PI. Works within Providence/St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA, with base pay within the shown wage range. Maintains best-in-class benefits and supports mission-driven care in a large, multi-hospital system; interacts with team across departments and contributes to patient-focused, whole-person care. Demonstrates proficiency in Stress Echocardiograms and Transesophagel Echocardiograms and holds relevant certifications for ongoing clinical practice.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Cardiovascular ultrasound program
- National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- EEG Certification
- 5 years clinical experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated technical expertise
- Experience in the field of cardiology
- Proficiency in Stress Echocardiograms and Transesophagel Echocardiograms
